If your starting out a new business then I’m sure you want to do everything you can to make it succeed. If you don’t have a lot of money [and in most cases we don’t] it’s even harder to succeed. But there are ways to go about things like advertising etc. That are very successful that you can do for yourself. Why hire someone else to do the things you can do. The only time you need to hire someone to do things for your business is if it’s something you can not do in a professional capacity. Websites is more than likely one of those items. You may have the software to build a website but if you don’t know everything that goes with building a workable and optimized website then your better off

not doing it. If you put up a website and it isn’t optimized properly and you unknowingly spam your key words and key phrases then you stand a

real good chance that you website will be black listed by the search engines. The chances of getting off that list takes forever. There is also about a thousand other ways to get on that list. Think of it this way - if you don’t know how to build a house and you throw some boards together with a few nails, it might even look like a house, but would you put your family in it when a hurricane comes along? The house is your business. The family is your website. The Hurricane is the search engines.

Search engine submissions and advertising is something you might want to do for yourself. Advertising is another tricky subject you really should consider  letting a professional do. There are professional advertising companies out there that know exactly how to word things so you are successful. From experience I know that “One Word” can make all the difference in the world. Research is the key to their success. I could ramble on for hours on this subject too, but its safe to say once again - “Let a pro do it”.
